I went in for routine maintenance and the experience was great as usual. I was greeted promptly and they were ready to take the vehicle. He is always open with communication and will check with the service department to make sure that all of my work is being done. Jon is everything you want in a sales person and then some. My issue comes from the actual service department. We dealt with Rick, who is nice enough and can get the work done. However, you could tell that he is overwhelmed. He had no communication with us and put our vehicle off for a few days which made it take longer than we were told it would. If there had been more communication about the wait the service would have rated higher for us. At the moment, however, they are pushing to get a 3. More
