Just said they would have my handicapped vehicle back for use but failed. Last year took 2 full months to get a transmission o handicapped vehicle 2 months. I absolutely love come to Barker Chevy how this time I was a bit disappointed in the service I received. When dropping off my car at the dealership on lunch break for oil change I had stated to the person was a bit disappointed in the service I received. When dropping off my car at the dealership on lunch break for oil change I had stated to the person at the desk that I noticed that my car was shaking a little bit shortly after startup he said he might have someone to look at it, but he was going to let me know when he gave me a call to let me know that my car was done. By the time I got off work and was ready to go pick up my car I had not yet received a phone call, letting me know that my car was done or if they even had a chance to look at the cause of the shaking when I got to the dealership, I asked the people at the payment desk if the maintenance guys had said anything about my car and they knew nothing about it. Communication is a severe problem. When I called to get an update, I was told that they would check on it and call me back. I went to parts and selected the blades and ask Service to put them on. They did put them on, but then charge me, or at least tried to charge me $80 to install the wiper blades.
