Communication is a severe problem. When I called to get an update, I was told that they would check on it and call me back. That’s a great answer except they never call back so I’m just left in the dark. When I left my vehicle, I felt it was a good time to put on new wiper blades. I went to parts and selected the blades and ask Service to put them on. They did put them on, but then charge me, or at least tried to charge me $80 to install the wiper blades. The sales department at Barker Chevrolet is fantastic. The service department is not. More
