Barker Honda

I do not believe the salesperson was forthcoming with information and did not always seem patient. The day after I left my deposit, I was called and told that the original vehicle I thought I was getting information and did not always seem patient. The day after I left my deposit, I was called and told that the original vehicle I thought I was getting would not be it because someone had left a deposit for that one months before. She had the list in front of her each time we went in so I find that hard to believe. The vehicle arrived on a Saturday and was not notified until Wednesday after I had to call to ask on Monday. I did not receive a return call until the Wednesday, was told saw your message Monday but phone broke-did not need her cell since my number was on paperwork to be able to notify me. I did not receive the type of license plate I requested. The person who called to let me know the license plate was ready sounded irritated when I stated I wanted the other type and now would have to take off of work to obtain it. The finance person was extremely helpful and answered all questions, very patient and kind. More

The salesperson was very polite. The problem was she was not approved to do the most basic procedures without the manager’s approval. My new truck was not very clean.
