we got a dashboard message that our battery was dying over a weekend. we parked the car at barlow and dropped the key in the slot. no appointment. they checked the car, gave us a new battery and had the over a weekend. we parked the car at barlow and dropped the key in the slot. no appointment. they checked the car, gave us a new battery and had the car finished by the afternoon. they even let me know we had lots of rewards points so the points paid for everything. Barlow Chevrolet. . Contacted there parts department Richie ... Totally Unbelievable so professional and polite first was recommended by Burns GMC for a A/C compress . Contacted there parts department Richie ... Totally Unbelievable so professional and polite first was recommended by Burns GMC for a A/C compressor Barlow had it in stock . Richie went beyond service checked to make sure he physically had the part and total me he would hold it. In today's world you don't have Customer service like this.. I am from PA and contacted a GMC dealer in Media that stated it had to be ordered from West Virginia ??? and the cost was much more expensive!!! and the part number they gave me was not correct ?? Customer service is GONE from this Dealership !!! Shame they were good at one time !!! Miss you Mike !! But I can tell you Barlow is a great Dealership and I will be contacting them for my next Vehicle . Thanks again Richie !!! More

BE AWARE PROMISE NOT KEPT! !! They promised me if I take a new lease they will pay the remaining lease payments on my old lease, i leased a new Trax, they are not paying my old !!
