After my Chevy 2018 express van was hit, I took my truck into the auto body shop, (Eric Youngberg) gave me the estimate to repair damage to the supreme utility body, he said it would take two weeks to rep into the auto body shop, (Eric Youngberg) gave me the estimate to repair damage to the supreme utility body, he said it would take two weeks to repair, long story short, he had the truck for two months, never completed the repair properly and the cab of the truck was filled with auto body dust, I wouldn't let Eric touch any of my vehicles again, he is inept and a liar, to cover his xxx with the ownership he totally threw me under the bus, poor customer service and he has more excuses for every question or problem that took place... One of the things that I really like about this place over other dealers that I’ve been to, is that they are very careful about who they hire here. Everyone that I have met or come in contact with at Barlow has a great personality and character. No pushy salesman, no shady characters, your sales guy doesn’t disappear for half an hour and come back with a “manager” to beat you up on finance numbers or your trade in. They are transparent throughout the process and you can tell that they genuinely want to earn your business. It is for those reasons and more that we literally go out of our way just to have our vehicles serviced here. I love my LT Trail Boss and I had to wait about a month after Barlow ordered it to get it, but it has every option that I wanted and it was well worth the wait! Even being the hottest selling truck on the market, I got a fantastic deal below MSRP! When I picked it up, it looked stunning. I’ve purchased black vehicles before and they require a lot of work and attention to detail to prevent swirl marks. Barlow’s detail shop did an amazing job, not a swirl mark or scratch. I gave it a quick wash today, a week later, and the paint shines like the day I picked it up! I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life thus far, but never have I been a repeat customer...until I went to Barlow! More
