My car under warranty had ac problems.I was suspicious it My car under warranty had ac problems.I was suspicious it had a freon leak. they "tested" the system and found no leaks and refill it with freon. They refill the system again.Now my car is out of warranty and another shop told me the evaporator is being leaking freon for a while.Also previously had alternator problems. My car had to be towed twice to the shop and only the alternator was replaced the second time. My original battery had to be replaced and I was given another after paying a pro-rating fee. The second battery lasted less than a year. I am sure I was given a used one. The shop staff is more concentrated in listening to the radio and horseplaying on the job than doing their work.One of the shop employees said to me they don't have all the necessary tools to do the job the right way.I had my timing belt replaced at another KIA dealer for $ 399.00. They wanted $ 599.00 !!. I believe Maybe Kia has the policy of avoiding repairs or the dealer is very unproffesional.Don't recommend this place to anyone. I believe Kia make good vehicles; but this place sucks !!! More
