Awesome personnel We had looked at a couple of Kia dealerships but there were not able to get us the car with the specs we wanted. Excellent! We walked into KIA as a last stop before putting a deposit down on a Subaru Crosstrek. Guy Aki saw us out in the snowy weather looking through the windows of some Sportages and invited us inside to look at them in the warmth. I let him know that we were pretty set on getting a Subaru, but we just wanted to see what they had before we “pulled the trigger.” We were immediately surprised by how nice the Sportage was and we decided to take one for a test drive. Once we got back I told Guy “I have never liked KIA (for no reason at all), I didn’t like buying foreign, I didn’t like their brand…(and so on), but this is the nicest vehicle that we have looked at.” The thing I liked the most about working with Guy is he didn’t try to act like I was crazy for thinking that. He said something along the lines of “I understand where you are coming from; KIA wasn’t the greatest long ago.” Anyways, we went home and thought about it all and there really wasn’t a reason that we could come up with why we shouldn’t choose this vehicle over the others we have looked at. We ended up purchasing our Sportage and couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. Guy Aki (our salesman) was wonderful to work with, Chris (finance person) was good at taking care of as much as he could ahead of time so things went very smooth when we arrived to finalize it all, and Doug from service was excellent and extremely professional at handling a couple minor issues. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and happier that we chose to work with Barnett. More

Barnett KIA, at first glance, appears to be a smaller operation, but no doubt did they deliver on every attribute that we look for in a dealer. Guy, our sales rep, presented every option up front that we had for buying or leasing a new KIA. He made the entire experience of leasing our new KIA a positive one. And wow did he know the car. Our Forte was loaded and we were a little intimidated by all the options, but Guy had walked us through everything before we left the car lot. They washed the car up, filled up the tank and we were on our way. For the first time in my life I can say I have no regrets going to Barnett KIA. More

Everything about my car buying experience with Barnett has been out of this world fantastic, i live 500 miles from the dealer and we worked an amazing deal over email and phone they sent me pictures video has been out of this world fantastic, i live 500 miles from the dealer and we worked an amazing deal over email and phone they sent me pictures videos and a car history, got me financed over the phone held the car with 1000$ down till i can fly out and test drive it, and finally delivered an amazing product at a great price, i drove home my 2001 trans am with no problems not a nicer car within 500 miles. to top it off they even called me after the weekend and were able to find me a better rate at no benefit to them and saved me a ton in interest. best car buying experience very honest. I bought a 2012 Forte last year. I was there until closing. At this time they weren't able to talk to the finance company and had to wait until the next day. Before leaving I told them exactly what I closing. At this time they weren't able to talk to the finance company and had to wait until the next day. Before leaving I told them exactly what I wanted, even pointed to the exact car I wanted and wrote down the serial number. The next day I went back. I was told I didn't qualify to lease my first choice because I had to file bankruptcy 9 years earlier. I checked with other dealerships when I got home and they had never heard this before. When I asked about my second choice, they told me I never told them my second choice. I showed them the serial number and was told it didn't exist, another lie. When asked if they would check with another agency to see if they had the color I wanted and was told no one had a black Forte without checking. Then they gave me the trade in value of my current car anf it was $1, 000 below Kelly Blue book value. When asked why, I was told they went by Black book values. When checking around, no one ever heard of the Black book. Needless to say I did buy from them because I didn't feel like driving 45 minutes to the next dealership. I do not recommenf this dealership and will never go back again. More
