I had emailed registration, licsense, name of car insurer to him and when we got there, the sleek charcoal grey Civic was on the lot--just waiting for some finishing flourishes with the paperwork. Lou was a doll, and knowledgeble about Hondas, cars, etc. He took me to the car and went over every bell and whistle. I felt at easy driving off because I knew some things about the vehicle. \ Lou passed me over to Theresa Neikam, a sterling personality, competent, etc. She got me through the nitty gritty prcoess of finance and options, etc. All and all, a friend, profressional experience.
