Scams with BMW Maintenance Plans! I recently bought a MINI Cooper Clubman at this place and I was trapped into some BMW Maintenance Plan for 6 years 100k. Later I found out that it is I recently bought a MINI Cooper Clubman at this place and I was trapped into some BMW Maintenance Plan for 6 years 100k. Later I found out that it is unnecessary and called them up to cancel. They replied saying it cannot be cancelled. I was not told that this at time of buying the car and they were referring to some page 3 or something. I called BMW customer care and found that they are the bigger scammer who were behind this. When I talked to the representative, she already know about this and was saying there are only 5 states in the entire US can cancel this kind of plans and rest of the states have no option. BMW corporation is so shameless to scam people with these kind of plans. Bottom line is, never ever enroll into any kind of services at time of buying your car. There will be million option later if you really need some services later. Be aware of these kind of scams! More

stupid mechanics i had to put air in the tire every day it was driven. its obvious that it is losing air, i use a tire pressure gauge to check every time the sensor go i had to put air in the tire every day it was driven. its obvious that it is losing air, i use a tire pressure gauge to check every time the sensor goes off to be sure that it is not one of my tires other than the problematic one. They believed it was a tire pressure sensor issue and did nothing to the tire even though i told them about how much air it was needing. It must be a wheel/rim issue because the tire has no leaks and the tread is still good, i asked for a wheel replacement and they didnt do it More
Service department is non responsive. I've had several service appointments and never had service actually done on the day I scheduled it. Just too busy, the department is non responsive. I've had several service appointments and never had service actually done on the day I scheduled it. Just too busy, they couldn't get to it. Not to mention they did not do the service that was asked for until I reminded them they were looking at the wrong thing. Also for 1 service appointment they fixed what they said was causing the problem. Only I had to put it back in for service a month later because apparently that wasn't the root cause of the problem. More thousands of dollars wasted. They are the only Mini service place in town and they know it. I think that's why they don't care about keeping appointments or doing quality work. More
