Excellent I went see a used truck there and I dealt with Mike Heiss. He was very knowledgeable, polite and made me feel very comfortable with whole process. Friendly, fair, & honest I have been wanting to trade my gas dually for an affordable diesel for quite some time. I was able to find a nice truck here at Bart's. Works for me I contacted Anthony at the Avon location about a 2009 F150 that was advertised on the net. I took the truck for a test drive and decided I didn't wan I contacted Anthony at the Avon location about a 2009 F150 that was advertised on the net. I took the truck for a test drive and decided I didn't want the truck. When I returned from the test drive Anthony asked if I like the vehicle and I told him I wasn't too excited about the vehicle and pointed out what I didn't like about the vehicle. All he said was let's see what else I might have that you might be interested in. Anthony looked through what had and I ended up buying A 2014 F150 that had less miles. I shopped around for a several months but just could not find a dealer that would work with me ever though I was paying cash. One dealer even told me that they would rather finance the vehicle so they can make more money. Anthony showed me how much he had in the truck and resale value. That was enough to sale me. Not many dealers will do that these days. Anthony just seemed like he was going to do whatever he could to get me the right truck. I'll be looking for him when I'm ready to buy again. More

Total Nightmare 4 months ago my husband was shopping for a Jeep for our 20 year old daughter as that's what she's always wanted. He had been searching for a few wee 4 months ago my husband was shopping for a Jeep for our 20 year old daughter as that's what she's always wanted. He had been searching for a few weeks and called on a Jeep within minutes of it being listed. It was listed for almost $17K. He took our daughter the following day to look at it. My husband asked to keep it overnight so he could drive it for a bit and make sure it was a solid choice for her. Salesman was reluctant and stated he had a few cars stolen that way. My husband explained to him that this auto was for our 20 year old daughter who is a single mother of a 1 year old and he needed to test it to make sure it was reliable. He agreed to let him keep it over night but explained that they had under priced it and the price had gone up almost $2k BUT would honor the lower price listed when we called. My daughter signed loan papers on Saturday and brought the jeep home. The following day when she went to leave for work it wouldn't start. 1 day later!! My husband tried it immediately and it started. She drove it to work. She called at 7pm and was stranded at work 45 minutes away because it wouldn't start. We contacted Bart's Monday morning (48 hours after purchase) and we were told there was nothing they could or would do about it and then stated that we bought it so quickly they didn't have time to go through it and check for any problems. We got it to our local authorized Jeep dealer the following day. The jeep still is not running! In the past 4 months the Jeep has been at the dealer for a total of 5 to 6 weeks, we have replaced the ignition, removed the auto start, replaced the TIPM (total integrated power module), fuses, grounded the bellhousing to the motor to the neg terminal of the battery, replaced transmission sensor and probably a few other things I have tried to block from my memory. The other days it sits in the driveway because it STILL WON'T START. The authorized dealer that was working on it can't figure it out doesn't want it back. It's been a vicious circle of them trying different repairs, it starts a few times then won't start again. Our daughter has now made 4 payments and has driven it literally 4 times. Our only option/hope now is the Indiana Lemon Law. More

STAY AWAY FROM HERE Same probkems. as many folks here. These guys are dishonest and down right liars. O should have gone where I always go... BesI West Auto in Clermont. At least I know Jim Blair is honest, inlike the folks at Barts. Live and learn. Dont buy from them you WILL regret it More
