The first car I test drove, I had to scrape the frost off the windows myself and this was around noon. I decided I was more interested in the Outback, I took it on like 2-3 test drives. When I went on an on ramp that was clover shaped, the vehicle started shaking in a not normal way (it also had a headlight out). When I returned and I told a salesman (TJ) he told me it could be fixed and written into the purchase agreement or whatever, that it could just be tire pressure. I told him that I am leery and would need time to think about it. The next day Adam called me to ask what I was thinking. I told him that I was going to pass on it, he said they could fix it, I explained I was just too leery on it. Adam then said to me, "Every vehicle has problems." I ended up getting a phone call on my work phone and needed to end our conversation, but with that attitude and saying that to me, I knew I would not be giving Bart's my business/ money. More

I love my new van I was in rear ended and my van was totaled. This was in the middle of November and my husband and I had both just started new jobs. I love that the prices are listed right with the vehicles. I found a van with the features I was looking for for a reasonable price. Believe me I searched car lot after car lot they have the best prices. Tj was very helpful and understanding and he did a wonderful job.
