I paid for my order for a specific hitch length and size in cash with the model of the vechile to assure proper fitting. After returning the first hitch and waited a week for the another which came back with the wrong length. The associate told me that it was a mistake with the order being misplaced. This lead to me asking to get a refund for the entire purchase, at this point they did not want to accommodate me with refunding me in the vary mode of purchase. They only gave the offer of refunding the purchase though a check in the mail, which has not came back to me within the two weeks since it was confirmed. As I confronted a manager with this I was given the comment “it is out of my hands” with the understanding that they would not be able to deal correct this issue.
