3 visits and 3 great cars ! On my first visit I bought my wife a Lincoln MKZ. On my second visit I bought a Caddilac CTS This time we traded the MKZ for a Chrysler 300. Nightmares with service, and whole experience. After 2 years car is worth $4000 less than what I owe. Warranty did not cover many of the repairs needed. Can't repair certain Chrysler parts. I wouldnt give my enemy their number I bought a truck from them the engine went 9 months later .they have had the truck since December of 2017 saying they are fixing it. After 8 months they are still telling me they are doing everything they can but I don't have a vehicle.i had to get a lawyer.but they still want me to make payments.they are rude the hang up on you when you call. over all I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I had to call to find out when I would receive I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I had to call to find out when I would receive my check from the extended warranty I had on my Versa, never found out from my salesman Tony. I don't know how much experience he has but he was very nice and polite. Never got a follow up email like I did before and didn't get a coffee mug like I did before.
