I gave 4/5 because I think there are room for improvements. Sales reps are very friendly but in their efforts to convince you to buy, they exaggerate things and tend to be less transparent. Their accounting department is a bit less on task and needs to improve. I bought a jeep and I was scheduled to go back and get my license plate. When I got there, they had not even started working on it yet although they were not busy with anything. Same thing happen when I returned another date to pick up a refund check. However, I worked with Vinny and the over all experience was very good. They have nice cars and I like the jeep I bought. Anyone looking to buy used car should check them out. More
