Good service, but communications issues I've tried contacting Basney Mazda several times over the past couple of weeks. Each time, I get put into voice mail, and wasn't able to talk with an I've tried contacting Basney Mazda several times over the past couple of weeks. Each time, I get put into voice mail, and wasn't able to talk with anyone. The first two times, calls were not returned. My impression is that the reception staff is stretched way too thin, and that they need more help. I have a new Mazda 3 – fabulous car. And once I was face to face with the repair representative, they were wonderful to work with. But getting them to answer the phone was a nightmare! This leaves a big hole in a comprehensive service experience. More
