This gentleman. Never talked to a salesman. He was here on Easter Sunday. We were closed. I was here, catching up on some work. He wanted to drive a Murano, I told him we were closed. He preceded to get upset, told me that was bad business, left swearing up a storm. EASTER SUNDAY.. we were completely closed.

That statement is totally false, I was with my wife on a Thursday evening between 6 and 7 o'clock. I totally would understand that any automobile dealership would be closed on Easter sunday. Thank you

The questions that were asked basically were, what changes were made to the new Murano ? We have a 2011 Gmc Terrain and had heard positive responses on the murano. The man that introduced himself I do not recal his name but had some facial hair . I hope that helps . Thank you

If you were here asking about the 2015 Murano, any of our salespeople could have answered your questions. We reviewed our videos from the past 3 Thursdays and there is nobody talking with anyone at the sales desk during the times you indicated.

I'm not quite sure what can visually, as well as with audio can provide that type of service. If it helps you have bright red furniture in that area of the showroom.
