At Baumann Chevrolet, the entire staff from sales to service are there to take care of their customers. I had a dying battery on my Suburban and attempted to charge the battery but wasn’t sure how to co service are there to take care of their customers. He told me he’d be right over and give me a jump. He called the service department once he got the vehicle started to make sure they had a battery.
