I was very disappointed with my last service. I had made my appointment 2 weeks prior to have my gps updated, change a lightbulb for my turn signal, key fob problem, oil change, and a noise in th I had made my appointment 2 weeks prior to have my gps updated, change a lightbulb for my turn signal, key fob problem, oil change, and a noise in the front tire area. Scott said is would be an all day service. So. I waited to hear from him that day and did not hear. I called at 4pm and he said they were not done yet. I asked what time do they close he said 6pm. So around 5 pm he called and said it would not be done until the next day. I said that was fine but I needed to have it by 12 pm because I had an appointment. I arrived at noon at my car was in the lot. So I figured it was done. I was now working with Ray and he was very professional and said it didn’t show complete so he went in the back to see what was going on. All the while Scott was walking around and talking with desk people never coming to ask what was going on. So Ray advised us they couldn’t do the gps because they didn’t have the usb to update. Ok I waited 2 weeks to get this done and they couldn’t have ordered or let me know that I needed to order. Then they couldn’t find any noise by the front tire in which when they rotated the tires, that may of fixed the problem. Said there was no problem with my key fob, not sure if they put a battery in or not. And then I paid for my bill and was getting ready to leave and my brake/turn signal was still not fixed. So in the meantime I had to cancel my appointment so I could go back in to get that fixed. I walk in and Ray was busy with a customer while Scott and 2 other workers were talking. Ray said he would be right with me. Finally one out of the 3 came over to help Ray. While Scott just stood there. I told him my problem and they had a technician come out and replace the bulb. This took about 5 minutes. So shouldn’t all of this been handled before I even got there. I’m very disappointed on how Scott handled this situation and want to thank Ray for treating the situation and me as a priority. More
