Brought my car in to check on a noise coming from the transmission. They took the car to the "technician" and tested it and looked everything over. When finished, the customer service rep clearly expla transmission. They took the car to the "technician" and tested it and looked everything over. When finished, the customer service rep clearly explained everything that I needed and wanted to know. The staff was very friendly in the waiting area, making sure I had everything I needed. Very attentive, very friendly, very professional all the way around. They said there was no charge for checking out my car because it was still under warranty. I would definitely buy my next car at Baxter. More
