I made a 6-hour round trip from Kansas City, MO yesterday and could not have been more impressed with the service, speed and value I received from Baxter Subaru. Two and a half weeks ago I was involved in an and could not have been more impressed with the service, speed and value I received from Baxter Subaru. Two and a half weeks ago I was involved in an accident and totaled my 2021 Ascent Touring I had just purchased in March. I’m convinced that the engineering and safety features in that car allowed me to walk away from that accident. I can’t imagine trusting my family in another brand of automobile. As I’m sure all of your staff there know, they should sleep well at night knowing that your customers leave the lot in safe and reliable vehicle. Carry Short was my first point of contact and she was helpful, professional and courteous. She explained features on the car that I had never been shown, or even was aware of, even after owing one for 2 months. She helped me buy a car and didn’t try and sell me one. Tyler McGlade helped me through the financing side of it. Not only was it quick and easy (no easy task), I felt like he was helping me the whole time. You could tell immediately this guy is knowledgeable and good at what he does. I know people throw that word “help” around a lot in the car buying process but Tyler helped me find the right warranties and explained everything. More
