we purchased a brand new ubaru tribeca in Dec 2010 and were very plased with the car and th people. However in March 2011 a crack appreared in the wind shield overnight. No crack was seen when the car was put in the garage but whn wecame to the car th next day a crack had appeared. We took the car back and were introduced to the service manager who jammed his pen tip into the crack and said - yep its a stone chip andnot covered by the warrenty. After serveral calls and mails to the dealer may of which were not returned the we sent to the issue to the BBB who contacted the dealer on our behalf. Surprise surprise they just shruggged off the complaint. in the mean time we took the car to a dealer in Lake Manawa for an oil change and casually mentioned Stan Olsens lack of interest or concern. within 2 weeks the windshieldwas repaired - UNDER WARRENTY. The moral of this story - if you want a Subaru go to Lake Maawa where the dealer cares about you. Stan Olsen will take your money and then whn youneed them they will turn a deaf ear. I called Stan Olsen Subaru in December 2010 to order a 2011 Subaru Outback since I was moving to the Omaha area. I was put in touch with the internet sales department where I spoke with a sales manager b 2011 Subaru Outback since I was moving to the Omaha area. I was put in touch with the internet sales department where I spoke with a sales manager by the name of Chad Graham. This guy was very patient and helpful from the start. I immediately expect car dealers to try to make as much money on a sale as they can, however Chad gave me the lowest price on a new Subaru without any negotiating. I did the research and found that this was the lowest price I could find anywhere near Nebraska or California where I would soon depart. The dealership in Sacramento claimed they couldn't even figure out how Chad could get the price that he came up with. He was completely honest and made the process easy. We did everything on the phone and I ordered a Subaru from the factory. On top of all this, the vehicle arrived early and I was behind the wheel before the projection for the vehicle delivery date. He also worked with finance to get me the lowest interest rate at the time which was 2.9% for 72 months. I am very happy with how Chad and the entire Stan Olsen crew were so helpful and honest. On the day of delivery I was in and out of the dealership in only 90 minutes! Chad offered to go through the vehicle features and toys with me, but I was in a hurry and insisted on leaving. He offered assistance at any time and even gave me a few suggestions for good restauraunts in the area. The Stan Olsen Subaru team is awesome. I would reccomend them to anyone. Even after the sale, I'm treated with respect and courtesy. Not to mention you get a loaner car during any major maintenance. Overall, excellent experience! More
