Disappointed-Poor Communication Skills I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:15 on Tuesday. I arrived at 1:10 waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the service desk. They ch I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:15 on Tuesday. I arrived at 1:10 waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the service desk. They checked in my vehicle and advised it would take about 30 minutes....2 1/2 hours later...yes, 2 1/2 hours later they still hadn't finished the oil change. No one in the service center apologized for the extensive delay nor did they bother to let me know that it was going to be much, much longer than anticipated. Oil change was way to expensive especially with poor customer service. While waiting I did over hear one of the guys in the parts department telling a female customer that her parts and service on her vehicle was going to be $1200. Based on the conversation she was told by someone in the service department that the repair was only $200. Needless to say, she was not very pleased and wanted an explanation as to why one department was telling her one price and another department was giving her a different price that was quite a bit more. More

Dropped my truck off Monday night for an appointment on Tuesday. Called the service center in Thursday to get an update, I believe Kyle is who I spoke with who was supposed to find out and call me back. Ne Tuesday. Called the service center in Thursday to get an update, I believe Kyle is who I spoke with who was supposed to find out and call me back. Never heard from him. After calling several times the next day, Friday, I finally got through to someone and was told my truck had been sitting there the whole time and hasn't been touched. I was without a vehicle for 4 days and no one bothered to call and let me know that it was just sitting, I could have picked it up tuesday afternoon. Communication is lacking and one person in service can't help in-person customers and answer the phone while checking on vehicle status. More
