Good service They worked very well with me on my truck deal. Rex was great and tried to get all we ask for with the deal. I asked if the dealership could help with half the taxes and the answer was a firm no (I heard him on the phone). I then ask if they the could do a bed liner and the answer was no. I’m going to ask if they can put a phone charger in the truck because I was under the impression that it had one, after all it’s a Laramie Sport Edition. I was told in financing that they were already loosing money on the deal. Is it just me or do they loose money on every deal, but are still in business and live in huge homes? They did agree to do some things at cost, hmmmmmmm! They lost money on the deal and now they are going to lose money (profit) on the additional items I had on my other truck. Just be honest. Also, it’s so impersonal to have the “Money crunchers” behind glass and have very little to do with the customer. I wonder if this was in the business plan or an after thought to make more money. More

Putchase of mom's car The Bayird Dodge dealership in Paragould really worked with us to get the monthly payment where it needed to be. She had negative equity in her trade The Bayird Dodge dealership in Paragould really worked with us to get the monthly payment where it needed to be. She had negative equity in her trade in- they gave us over what the car was worth to make the deal possible. The rebate was good, interest rate of 2.9%. We currently have three vehicles all purchased from Bayird- A 2015 Ram 1500 with hemi, 2020 Charger with hemi, and mom's 2020 Charger with v6. We have excellent credit (over 800) and they have worked hard to get us a good deal every time. I woukl recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. This was our fifth purchase from Bayird. More

The 2.9% interest rate was better than my wife or I financed our vehicles at. We now have a 2015 Ram 1500 hemi, 2020 charger hemi and 2020 v6 charger all purchased from Bayird Dodge. I have to say they've got our repeat business and very satisfactory sales and service. We would recommend them to anyone we know looking for a vehicle and we would purchase there again! More
