Treated me like family I was in a uniquely difficult situation with two vehicles I needed to trade for one good one. And one of them I was upside down in. The dealership w I was in a uniquely difficult situation with two vehicles I needed to trade for one good one. And one of them I was upside down in. The dealership worked forever to get me the deal I needed, the payment I needed, and went an "extra mile" to find rebates on the new car in order to help offset the negative equity I had. In summary, they helped me tremendously, paid my sales tax, treated me like family, and made me a deal I'm certain no one else would have. And this is the third purchase for me from Bayird. I won't buy a car anywhere else. When I left I was almost in tears I was so happy and relieved. I am forever grateful to O'Jay, Jon, and the kindness of Caleb. This was a personally emotional situation and time for me, pertaining to helping my daughter in another country, and we got it done.
