Staff was friendly but I waited on hold over 15 minutes and still didn't get to talk to an advisor in the service dept. Someone else answered and spoke again to me. My car was there for 2 weeks. When I and still didn't get to talk to an advisor in the service dept. Someone else answered and spoke again to me. My car was there for 2 weeks. When I called at day 13 asking about my parts, I was told then they could get an aftermarket part and it would be there next morning. It was frustrating that we could've gotten that part DAYS prior. I had to borrow a car due to no loaners available. Again, everyone I talked to was friendly, but the part issue was frustrating. More
