I for one have had a crazy time with vehicles and bayrid has been there to help me. My wheel fell off right before I was going over the Memphis bridge. They took full responsibility for it, even though the cameras show there technicians doing an excellent job of tightening the bolts. They 1st offered to replace my car with factory parts Or to stick me in a whole new vehicle. My salesman (Chris Crawford) was on top of things. He was very nice, he showed me all the features about my car, and he made sure I was happy to the absolute T, by texting means, and even friending me on Facebook.. We have had our vehicle in twice, spent almost $2,000 and the issue still is not fixed. We are very frustrated. Difficult to have faith in the workmanship of their service dept.
