I maid a appointment on monday to have spark plugs changed in my dodge truck , they told to bring it on wednesday at 9:45 am. Then they called me about 3:00 pm to tell me they did not have enough spar changed in my dodge truck , they told to bring it on wednesday at 9:45 am. Then they called me about 3:00 pm to tell me they did not have enough spark plugs to finish the job .So from now on I will ask that you check to make sure you have the parts before I bring it in.one other time they said they had the part and I drove up there and you did not have it. The parts person said they dad one according to the computer , But he did not actually look to make sure they had one .So I had to make another trip when they got one in. More
