Contacted dealer after purchase of the vehicle coserning the paper work several time via e mail and never got a responce. But when I was interested in the vehicle they responded with in minuets. Salesman greeted us I a very non professional manner with food still on his face. Was told they would discount van additional $500.00 but paper work did not reflect it. Dealer would not negotiate a better price or offer to install options we were looking for after driving 3 hrs. Car was washed on the sides and hood but the roof top was never touched. More

Location: Paragould, AR: I looked at only 2 trucks sitting beside each other when I pulled into the lot. Not one salesman on Bayird’s lot came out to greet me until 10 plus minutes and it was actually sitting beside each other when I pulled into the lot. Not one salesman on Bayird’s lot came out to greet me until 10 plus minutes and it was actually a young man from Bayird’s pre-owned lot who came to assist me. The financial guy never offered to sell the truck for a lesser amount than advertised even after seeing my 700+ credit score and down payment offer of over 8k. They also brought my vehicle to me while we were finishing up the paperwork wanting me to accept it without all of its fully functioning electronics (no back-up camera that worked during the test drive and whatever else). More
