My issue with the radio is still not fixed. Told them that I thought I needed an alignment, was told it was just my tires but wasn’t told if they needed a rotation or new ones. I can't blame this solely on the dealership service department. However, a part required for my vehicle first day was shipped to the wrong place. I was informed that it would be there the next day, r department. However, a part required for my vehicle first day was shipped to the wrong place. I was informed that it would be there the next day, received no call for an update so I called in around closing time and was notified that they were still waiting on the part. Part did not arrive until late in the 3rd business day and I only found this out after I called back in that day because it was a Friday. Received a call Saturday morning that it was ready but had no way to get to dealership so had to wait to pick up first thing Monday morning. Service work appears to be okay, just would have liked a little more communication (good, bad or otherwise) or at least an offer for a loaner vehicle considering I was out of mine for 6 days. More
I put my Jeep in to service my starter. They were very poor at communicating with me. After several days of not hearing anything I called them and the receptionist BJ told me that they wer They were very poor at communicating with me. After several days of not hearing anything I called them and the receptionist BJ told me that they were trying to figure out what was wrong because they couldn't find anything wrong with it again several days passed and I called again and BJ told me the same thing. Almost 2 weeks after putting my Jeep in for service they called me to say it had a blown engine. Then tried telling me it was my fault. SERIOUSLY! I am warning everyone to never buy from this dealership. Very unprofessional. More
