Dealer would not allow me to have a loaner bc they said it was less than 2 hours of work. However, appointment time was 7:45am and I had to call to find out that “the vehicle was just now finished” at 1:30 it was less than 2 hours of work. Multiple attempts to fix vehicle and never fixed it. Lied to me &just horrible service.
