NO ORGANIZATION, EXCESSIVE WAITING, WILL NOT BE BACK Made an apt, explained that warranty would provide rental to keep the Chrysler for issues. Also wanted to routine maintenance done while car was there as well as the software upgrade. Was there for issue w/ left front noise. Sat and waited over 4 hrs, continued to ask can we just get the rental car and come back in a few days. Finally brought the car around and had changed the oil, said to bring it back another day for the upgrade and it would cost 100 and take over 2 hrs.....and the noise originally brought in for, still there? So you tell me, would you go back to this dealership.....4 hrs folks, 4 hrs for the oil to be changed. Constantly, trying to find someone to find out status. Asked for manager, said they would have one call me, never heard from one. The car rental guy was the nicest person encountered and HE was the one that would go back and inquire for us.... More

Double check the shops work I take my truck to have the oil changed, tires, rotated and multipoint inspection each time it’s due. Twice I asked for them to replace air cleaner at I take my truck to have the oil changed, tires, rotated and multipoint inspection each time it’s due. Twice I asked for them to replace air cleaner at visit and they told me it looked brand new and didn’t need one(50,000miles last time I asked). So the next visit my wife took it in and the asked her why the air cleaner was so nasty and why had it not been changed. They made her feel like it was her fault when they had refused to change it at my request twice before. Then the last time I had oil changed I told the manager what happened and wasn’t happy about it and shouldn’t have to go behind them and check their work, had oil change, multipoint inspection and tire rotation requested. They didn’t rotate the tires but I was gone before I caught it and had to go back the next week to have them rotate them. Philip has always been good to correct the problem but the shop sometimes don’t do their job. More

Bad service Went for oil change and when I got to Jonesboro found my hood was not closed all the way down. My last oil change I was pasted from one service per Went for oil change and when I got to Jonesboro found my hood was not closed all the way down. My last oil change I was pasted from one service person to another one because he only did shop work. When I was done an ready to leave I had to wait about 25 mins because that person wasn’t busy and he only dealt with cars that needed shop work. Also had to have engine basically rebuilt. Had to return it because of small oil leak. Since I’ve gotten it back it runs hot and doesn’t run as good. More
