Derek, our salesman was OUTSTANDING!!! He was kind and considerate, and most of all, patient! The challenge was with finance! We signed papers with the electronic pad unable to see what we were signin considerate, and most of all, patient! The challenge was with finance! We were given a copy of the papers at the end. Imagine my shock when I saw an additional $5000 of “extras” were added. Thankfully, we could cancel them and did! Lastly, the 1,000,000 mile warranty is an excellent perk. However, we were given no guidance on how to meet the guidelines for it. This needs to be improved. Guidelines should be accessible! Otherwise, I see many, including us, losing it. More
