After driving h Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. On August 14, 2026, I picked up my vehicle after having front-end repairs completed. After driving home and pulling into my driveway, I discovered as I was exiting my vehicle that the driver's side door panel was loose and the door locking mechanism had been broken and ripped off. This damage was not present when I dropped off my vehicle for service. I immediately contacted the dealership and reported the issue to Troy at the Service Department front desk, who escalated the matter to the Service Department supervisor, Afton (as I was told). What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth discussion regarding responsibility for the damage. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or working toward a resolution, I was ultimately told that the damage was already present when I brought the vehicle in and that multiple employees had supposedly observed it in that condition. This statement is completely false. The door panel and locking mechanism were not damaged when I delivered my vehicle for service. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that my family and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years purchasing Dodge vehicles and supporting the brand. To be treated this way, have my concerns dismissed, and be accused of misrepresenting the facts is unacceptable. The problem is not only the damage itself but also the lack of accountability and customer service shown by the dealership. When customers trust a service department with their vehicle, they expect honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to make things right when concerns arise. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than being told something was damaged beforehand when it was not. I am deeply disappointed by how this matter was handled and believe Dodge should be ashamed of how a long-time customer was treated. More
From the time I entered until I departed as a new car owner, was 70 minutes, and that included a test drive. Matt Myers made the process quick, smooth and pleasant. Stephen Fitch was able to negotiate a owner, was 70 minutes, and that included a test drive. Matt Myers made the process quick, smooth and pleasant. Stephen Fitch was able to negotiate a fair deal and I've been happy with my selection. More importantly, my wife is very happy with the car. Every part of the Bayside worked together to get me quickly out the door with the car that I wanted at a price that I was happy with. More
I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspections. Unfortunately, the service center failed at the most basic level. The oil filter was improperly installed, causing the eng rotation, and inspections. Unfortunately, the service center failed at the most basic level. The oil filter was improperly installed, causing the engine oil to drain out completely. This left my wife stranded on the side of the road late at night and caused significant oil stains on both my driveway and a friend's property. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. To his credit, the service advisor was professional, apologetic, and covered the remainder of my insurance tow bill. They cleaned the engine bay and performed the service again. Even after the "fix," the attention to detail was non-existent. When I picked up the vehicle for the second time, I checked the fluids and found that none had been topped off; my coolant was actually below the minimum line. This is despite the fact that a multi-point inspection was part of the original service. My experience soured when I spoke with the manager, Afton Caldwell. She was dismissive and lacked empathy, treating a major service failure as "no big deal." Despite the risk of long-term engine damage due to their negligence, she refused to offer a refund or an extended engine warranty. Offering a free future oil change is a hollow gesture when the trust has been completely broken. They did admit fault on the service receipt, which is the only reason for the second star. However, due to the poor management response and the safety risk involved, I cannot recommend this service center. More
Andrew and Adam were both great to work with. Incredibly professional and easy to talk to and open with information. Definitely would recommend working with these guys. Incredibly professional and easy to talk to and open with information. Definitely would recommend working with these guys. More
Isaac and Kim did a very good job. Isaac was particularly helpful answering all of our questions about the vehicle and the out of state title and registration process. As a retail business owner, I am very aware of how hard it is to find good employees, those two are keepers for sure. More
Brought my truck in for inspection and the inspector was out for the day and couldn't get it done. Also found out that my service contract expired in 2024, of which I was not previously notified. So, I took the truck to another shop and got the inspection done since I would have had to pay for it at Bayside anyway. More
