When I arrived to complete the purchase I was told something completely different in the finance office. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I maintained contact with my dealer and expressed the necessity of obtaining the deal described to me. Later the manager made a comment about missing out on another potential buyer. I am the customer, I do not care nor should I be made aware of any business you feel you missed out on. That is not my concern. If the deal was as described the sell would have been made and the truck would have been in my driveway today!! Great job Michael!! You need to work on you professionalism *unnamed manager*!! More

I could tell that these were good guys and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, which was very nice because shopping for cars is always stressful. They took all that stress away.
