Jamie was the best. Friendly and professional. I feel I got a reasonable price for my new RAM and am looking forward to maintaining it with dealership support. Friendly and professional. Service is always quick and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Their location may be a little out of my way, but because they’re great to deal with, it’s worth it in my opinion. I talked to the service dept manager on behalf of person who and a problem to be fixed with their sliding door since he couldnt speak good English. My friend paid in cash. However, when I and my friend aske who and a problem to be fixed with their sliding door since he couldnt speak good English. My friend paid in cash. However, when I and my friend asked why the adhesive tape glue wasn't removed (brake fluid removes it) from the doors glass where I used gorilla tape to hold the window up. Tory (I believe his name is) change his tune and stated the dealership didn't put the tape on the window and isn't a cleaning shop. However, we were build $40 dollars for shop supplies and it doesn't take that much time, effort and cost to clean the window in 5 minutes. Moreover, the door had been taken off due to the lock seizing. After reassembly and the doors did move but not smoothly since its needs to aligned, the service manager told me he isn't a bodyshop even though I told him it opened/closed smoothly before. It was only and adjustment to loosen a few screws and align the doors 5 +/- 1mm. Thus the lesson learned is don't pay until all problems resolved. Otherwise, Bayside employees get an attitude even though they aren't the owners of the dealership. So I think employees who get to big for the britches don't need to be working for the dealership and that means the Dodge one and the Ford one either in the local area. I'd think $200.00/hour should get more service than this..... :( Also your list below to rate people in the service dept nor this service manager. Note: Although I'm not the owner of the 2019 dodge van, the owner told me later due to the door not running smoothly that he said, "they didnt do a good job". So not only fixing the seized door lock problem was done, it ended up the door misalignment became the quality point. For me, its the responses after paying being the issue since the job after paying and after gave a bad impression... More
