When I questioned the rate based on my 828 credit score, the Finance Manager looked back in the system and found a rate nearly an entire percent lower which provides a large savings on the consumer end. If it was not for that part of the experience, I would have walked away satisfied. It felt very dishonest! I’m on the fence about recommending this dealer.
