This dealership is trying to charge me for $3000 protection plan to protect their interest in the vehicle. They have no interest in the vehicle when I buy it. My service advisor went above and beyond. My repairs were quickly made while I waited. A courtesy shuttle was also offered to take me home if I had chosen not to wait in the lobby. My advisor walked me back quickly made while I waited. A courtesy shuttle was also offered to take me home if I had chosen not to wait in the lobby. My advisor walked me back out to my vehicle and used that time to follow up and answer any remaining questions. Great work! More
