He remains familiar with my vehicle and helps me keep it in top notch shape with routine maintenance and most recently purchasing a set of tires, which was an exceptional deal with warranty and rebate. Kyle assisted me in getting an extended warranty. He explains service detail very well. He assists me on regular maintenance. He assisted me in a panic situation with my key pod. He’s always ready to assist. I find Kyle to be a person I can trust and will continue to have Bayway maintain my vehicle. He’s a proven trustworthy advisor and this means volumes to me, an 82 year old widow.
