I have been a client of Elmore Toyota for at least 15 years. They have now become Beach Cities Toyota and this is my first encounter with them. Shawn was the service advisor and he was good, He made s years. They have now become Beach Cities Toyota and this is my first encounter with them. Shawn was the service advisor and he was good, He made sure I was dropped off and picked up after the service was done. He explained to me the items that were required for the 15K maintenance service. I checked the invoice, all the items that were stated on the job order were checked out. The car is in good condition. OK man they took my order right on time wrote me up and told me what was wrong with the car what I needed and call me.
