Within the cooling-off period, I realized the Volkswagen Taos was simply too expensive and I should not have had to pay a penny from my pocket, but they refused to acknowledge this. When I attempted to cancel the purchase and request a full refund, they were completely unwilling to help or even discuss a resolution, demonstrating a profound lack of professional courtesy and ethical sales practices. ​This misery was compounded a day later. While the car was in my possession, a dirty thief broke into it, leaving the interior absolutely soiled and ruined. To make matters worse, a day after that, terrible marks appeared on the white paint of the car. The dealership's sales team and management refused to offer any kind of support or assistance even after these devastating post-sale incidents. ​I am utterly disgusted by the behavior of the sales team and their refusal to stand by their customers or rectify a bad purchase decision. This experience has been truly awful, and I strongly advise against purchasing any vehicle from this location. More
