We had done our research, we knew exactly what cars we wanted to test drive and the packages we wanted and didn't want. We were looking at the Venza and the salesman claimed that all of them came with a m wanted to test drive and the packages we wanted and didn't want. We were looking at the Venza and the salesman claimed that all of them came with a moon roof. No matter that several of the Venzas in front of us didn't have them. This wasn't the worst of his lie-so-they think-you-know-what-you're-talking-about-BS. We test drove a RAV4 - our 2nd time in 2 days doing so - and I started asking about financing and package options. I told him that I didn't want the moon roof and back-up camera (which came together as part of a package). We were sitting in a RAV4 Sport with a moon roof and sales guy begins to tell me that there is no back-up camera in the vehicle and that the moon roof comes standard on the car. He actually began to argue with me - talking over me while I explained my question! I told him that if it was automatically included, they wouldn't list the price as an option on the window sticker. In the meantime, my husband pops the car in reverse, points at the back-up camera, and asks him "what is this?". The guy got caught in his lies! He knew NOTHING about the cars he was selling. I find this insulting to the buyer. However, just more incentive to do your research ahead of time, so you don't get "had" by these sleazeballs. After my husband finished driving the RAV4, I was supposed to drive. However, I was so disgusted that I got out of the car and told the guy we were done. The salesman then peeled away from us in the car - showing his distaste of the situation and his lack of class. Toyota dealerships were 0 for 2 by this point in our car buying. I may never own another Toyota if they continue to employ liars and incompetents like this. More

Visited this joke of a dealership two years ago before purchasing with Penske Toyota. I had put another bad review here for Carson as well. Where Carson was pushy, Elmore was pulling the credit score sc purchasing with Penske Toyota. I had put another bad review here for Carson as well. Where Carson was pushy, Elmore was pulling the credit score scam. They told me my credit score was barely above 500. Don't think so. I think that says enough about this place. Avoid! Walked out of here in a hurry. More
