Although I left with a vehicle, it was not the one I wanted. The sales person avoided my question until I was actually onsite. Then once on site he proceeded to tell me that the car I wanted was too exp wanted. The sales person avoided my question until I was actually onsite. Then once on site he proceeded to tell me that the car I wanted was too expensive. The dealer adds 4k worth of addendums to the vehicles. I tried to negotiate the removal of these items but they would not budge on this car. Stated that they were already installed or added and could not be removed. Then they proceeded to show me another vehicle that was the same starting price. For some magical reason the addendums were able to be removed from this car and now it was affordable. Both cars same price but one did not have their markups. Shame on me as I needed a car and didn’t want to be going from dealer to dealer to find another. More
