Very clean and modern dealership, the service department was quick to greet you when arriving. The service writer was professional and courteous, not a pressure sale on service feeling. I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Beach City Toyota. A few days after purchasing a car, I had some follow- up questions and tried calling multiple times. Every call went straight to voicemail, and despite leaving several messages, not one was returned. When I finally got someone on the line, I was hung up on by a staff member; no explanation, no follow-up. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially after spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business. Once the sale was complete, it felt like they had no interest in helping or supporting me further. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value basic courtesy and post-sale support. More
