The people were very professional and friendly. .. My oil change was quick with no problems.n I do miss the days where they would bathe your vehicle and vacuum it out for you but those days are long .. Very nice experience , I brought in my car at 730 am and just hung out around the area for MAYBE 2 hours. They have a very comfortable seating area and I had some free coffee which I enjoy every single time just hung out around the area for MAYBE 2 hours. I ask service advisor to tell tech not to rotate tires twice because it's been recently done already. The tech did it anyways because the advisor didn't put it down. Service was great, but there was a commotion going on stating this dealer does not do the actual repair work, customer’s cars are bing sent out to the repair shop in Bolsa area.
