Dealer fixed front brake recall and didn’t properly install them , confirmed by another dealer. Then argued that the damage done to new brakes was due to my driving not there mistake then didn’t want t install them , confirmed by another dealer. The dealership is very handy for me, and I love that they are open on the weekends so I don't have to miss work to get my car in. It was my first service on my new Crosstrek. I was a little disappointed are open on the weekends so I don't have to miss work to get my car in. It was my first service on my new Crosstrek. I was a little disappointed at the waiting room area -- the common TV was not on, so everyone waiting were playing/watching their own phones -- the noise was too much for me. I went into the dealership and asked them to turn the TV to the Olympics, since no one was around in the waiting area. Also a little disappointed there was no food available to much on in the waiting area. More
