Maybe I was definitely wrong in thinking Subaru does not help its customers the way they should be helped, but will find that out later on, when all is said and done and will keep review current. We purchased our second Subura from Beardmore Subura after talking to all the local Subaru dealers. Beardmore was willing to deal on price and wanted to earn our business. Our sales consultant, Aaron Hawley, did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of new car deliveries during the two month period we were shopping for this car. He did a great job of explaining the differences between models and options on each model. It is great to have a sales person who really knows his prodct. Aaron is intellegent, works hard to understand your needs and goes out of his way to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The financing staff at Beardmore are just as good. The final paperwork, which generally takes forever, went quickly and was done well. We've had our original Subura serviced at Beardmore in the past and they did good work at a competative cost. The atmosphere at Beardmore was great. This was my very first experience buying a new vehicle and they guided me through the process, and thoroughly explained every detail of Chevrolet!!
