Our experience with Thane was exceptional from the beginning. We made an appointment early on a "cold" Saturday morning to look at a new car and Thane had the car parked out front and warmed up when w beginning. The reason that I am rating Mr. Kreager is because of the wonderful Customer Service that I recieved from him. When I first drove onto the lot I was met with Friendliness by him with a smile and a friendly wonderful Customer Service that I recieved from him. When I chose one that I thought I would like, he was very patient with me, and explained all of the features that this vehicle had. When we went for the test drive he was a gentelman and opened the door for me and made sure that I was comfortable. Thane gave me time to look over all of the things that I would need to know about a different car so that I would not be surprised while driving. He was very specific about the features of the vehicle. My Overall Experience at this dealership was so rewarding as I worked with Thane as he was knowledgable,had great appearance, and was willing to go extra mile to make me comfortable with my choice.
