Beardmore Subaru

Rick Ham is a tremendous asset to Beardmore. I live in Lincoln but purchased my car in Bellvue. Prior to my first trip to Beardmore, I called and told Rick what I was looking for. Less than 24 hours into my purchase I had a sensor issue on the car. Rick drove down to Lincoln, picked up my vehicle, and took it in to determine the problem and get it corrected right away. I was anticipating a 500 mile the following day and needed to know that my newly purchased vehicle was going to get me safely to my destination. Problem was quickly taken care of. Rick went above and beyond and later phoned me on the day of my long drive to make sure that my new vehicle was still running smoothly and that I made it safely home. Rick Ham truly understands the importance of excellent customer service, which doesn't end once the 'sale' is made. I highly recommend him! More

I started out looking for a top of the line travel car. I tried other dealers but Thane Kreager really knew his stuff. His demonstration of the Outback and knowledge sold me on buying it. I reluctantly drove the 22+ mile trip to get my car serviced at Beardmore Subaru and the difference was day and night!! The staff at Beardmore took the time to explain all services and costs with no hesitation when it came to my questions and concerns. On my 1st trip to dealership, my sales person introduced me to his sales manager, Rich. I gave my local dealer first shot at my business, but he wasn't eager to give me a great price. Beardmore gave me a fantastic price. When I picked up the car, my salesman, Ben, did a great job of explaining all the controls and options. Since my purchase I've been back for 2 oil changes, and Mike in their service department does an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my 1st brand new car purchase in 25 years, and I've have no buyer's remorse at all! More
