Beardmore Subaru

Appt was for 12 month service and issues with driver vented seat. After waiting approx 15 minutes someone came to the waiting room to tell me the vented seat issue could not be replicated. I waited over vented seat. After waiting approx 15 minutes someone came to the waiting room to tell me the vented seat issue could not be replicated. I waited over 2 hours with no further updates. The Subaru app said the ignition was last switched off at 12:46 pm and it was well after 1:00 pm before someone came to tell me my car was ready. I was then informed that both the driver and passenger vented seat fans were replaced. I asked why when the issue couldn’t be replicated and was then told it was. No one came out to tell me the issue was being resolved and therefore there would be additional wait time. More
