I understand businesses exist to make money...but if you want to try and sell me additional products after I buy a car then you should take care of my concern with the car I bought first. How am I going to trust you (Beardsmore employees/AllState Sales Reps and the company in general) if you won't stand behind the vehicle you just sold me? Instead of saying things like; "Consumers are responsible for doing their own due diligence." or "You're asking me to give you a blank check.", offer me a reasonable solution. I simply asked for some paint touch ups where there was peeled paint and they act like I created a giant, incredible expense for them. Their resolution is to tell me to fix it myself with paint they'll mail me. Wouldn't you feel better about what you sell by fixing the problem yourselves before putting it up for sale or disclosing an issue to the consumer up-front instead of me coming back the next day after discovering the problem(s)? More

Terrible experience!! We found a vehicle online we were interested in. After several messages with Melissa she referred us onto Catherine who wasn't even working that day!! I called to set up an appointme interested in. After several messages with Melissa she referred us onto Catherine who wasn't even working that day!! I called to set up an appointment to look at the car and was hung up on twice!!!! Finally I got transferred to Ethan who told me the vehicle had a title hold and we could still look but not buy that day. After traveling 2 and a half hours to the dealership to see that particular vehicle Ethan informed us it had just sold and he couldn't show it to us!! They were unorganized and dishonest! I went elsewhere and bought a great vehicle. I will never be back again! More
